Concept

Our in-house deisgners have created a unique Tiny House concept with a sleeping area for 4 people, lounge area and with a terrace on a roof.

We have registered this design and started a standartized production in 2024.

Trailer

Vlemmix Trailers is the market leader for tiny house trailers and we are distributors of Vlemmix Trailers in Lithuania.

The tiny house trailer platform version has a height of 52 and 62 cm. The total width of the platform is 244 cm and the wheel arches are 255 cm. The construction platform is completely flat. There is another model of a trailer which can be detached from the trailer.

Timber frame

Light gauge steel frame
Light gauge steel framing (LGSF) is a type of construction technology that uses thin sheets of cold-formed steel as its construction material. Typically, these sheets are galvanised to resist corrosion. They remain lightweight, especially compared to wood.

PIR insulation

very low coefficient of thermal conductivity (λ = 0.022 W/mK; in some types of panels, this coefficient may be lower; the lower the value of λ, the higher the thermal insulation of the material);
high temperature resistance,
installation all year round,
resistance to rodents, fungi and moulds,
pressure resistance,
water resistance.

Mineral wool insulation

Excellent thermal conductivity: Mineral wool has a very low thermal conductivity, meaning it does a great job of preventing heat from escaping your home in the winter and keeping it cool in the summer. This can help you save money on your energy bills.
Fire resistance: Mineral wool is non-combustible and can help to slow the spread of fire in the event of a fire.
Sound absorption: Mineral wool is also a good sound absorber, which can help to reduce noise levels in your home.

Vapour insulation film

It provides improved energy savings, a better indoor microclimate, effective protection against vapour and moisture.

Thermo-Wood:

Appearance: Rich, natural colors ranging from brown to reddish-brown.
Process: Treated with heat and steam in a controlled environment.
Durability: Highly resistant to rot, insects, and weather.
Maintenance: Requires minimal maintenance, but can be oiled for a longer-lasting finish.

Electric wiring

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) wire is a single or multi core PVC insulated wire. In most instances, the wire has no jacket except when it has more than one core. PVC is a thermoplastic material that softens with heat, a factor that eases wire production and allows manufacturers to extrude the PVC cable insulation.
